fishladder is a student-run publication at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. We publish students' fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, drama, photography, and art.
The journal operates on a rolling deadline system that suits our selection process. Submissions are welcome anytime before the final deadline each year. The online edition of fishladder will be updated regularly and archived continually.
